- can I purchase from you on layaway?
A: yes, purchasing on layaway is possible, please add to your order comment that you would like to use the layaway payment arrangement.
We will contact you for the best payment plan for your needs (in no more than 5 terms of 1 month).
Layaway payment arrangements involve NO EXTRA costs.
The product remains the property of Think Pink! and will be shipped after the last term has been received by us.
In case of non-payment of 1 or more terms, Think Pink! reserves the right to keep the paid terms without any obligation towards the customer.
When 30 days have past since the deadline for the past term, the customer loses the right to receive the ordered products or a refund of the paid terms.
In no case refund of any or more paid terms is possible after the legal term of 2 weeks for in stock products have passed, or after pre-order products have been ordered for you.
For pre-orders a layaway arrangement is also possible, in most cases we will order for you from the manufacturer when we have received 2/3 of the total amount. This way you will receive your order soon after paying the last term.
